Choose a double bed or two singles beneath the canvas, put the kettle on and let the evening unfold. Enjoy the fire pit and quiet corners at your own pace. Sauna sessions during your stay are guided and facilitated by us, with our team lighting and tending the sauna’s wood-fired stove for your comfort and safety. Simple, thoughtful comforts are ready for your stay.

Stay for the quiet hours.
When the day softens, settle by the fire beneath the trees. Listen to the crackle of the logs, the rustle of leaves and, if you’re lucky, the owls calling across the land.
Feel the warmth on your face and the evening air around you. Snuggle into a blanket with a hot cup of something warming. There is space here to let your thoughts wander, to talk quietly or simply sit together, watching the firelight with nothing more needed.
As darkness gathers, the trees become silhouettes lit only by moonlight and a few lanterns dotted around - here the world feels a little further away.

Our usual 24-hour rate is £175. Typically for two adults; up to six adults can stay by arrangement. Please enquire for details and pricing for spring 2027.
Quiet from the start
The Hideaway is a five-minute walk from the private parking area. The exact address and arrival details are shared after booking. As we are fully off the grid, phone signal can be patchy, giving you room to switch off.
Wood, filtered water and the listed retreat facilities are included for your private use. Sauna use is during sessions guided by our team, who manage the sauna stove throughout. Seasonal items may be available from the honesty shop.
Guests are aged 16+; babes in arms may be considered by prior arrangement. The sauna is for ages 16+ only. No alcohol or recreational drugs. Please keep to the designated Hideaway space.
